Quotes & Pricing

All prices are provided as personalized quotes based on the details you provide. Quotes are estimates and final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person or virtual assessment if the scope of work differs from what was described.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Liability & Insurance

Kasey's Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the situation.

Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. We recommend picking up personal items, valuables, and fragile objects before our team arrives.
